NYC Police Department

Here it is . A leather journal of the New York City Police Department . Rules and Regulations- Grover A. Whalen Police Commisioner. Whalen was sworn in as Police Commisioner on December 19, 1928. According to wikipedia.com, he was known to be a ruthless enforcer of Prohibition laws. The journal looks quite old , and chipped as you can imagine. The content is not very appealing, some notes, directions etc.

Adina the Jewish maiden of Alexandria (Undated)

Drawn by Tallison , engraved by J.C. Butre. The prints are so small that I could barely read them. I had to do some research about Adina.
According to the very famous and popular book by Igeham , Josheph Hale, "The House of David", Adina supposedly sojourned in Jerusalem and witnessed the career of Jesus.
