Macbeth-A warning against Superstition-1905
The name of the author is Esther Gideon Noble. Inside the book there is a handwritten letter dated on April 11, 1906 (stamped enveloppe included) from her to Ms. Viola Allan asking her to be kind enough to give her opinion upon the subject and to review the book . Voila!
